I would recommend that the workout could be done either first thing in the morning as a wake up activity and/or before starting any learning activities. It could be used as a fun sensory workout break period between any learning activities.
The workout is a fun activity and the children doing it on a daily basis will improve their dance technique over time.
What are the benefits of brain gym/sensory type exercises?

Can adults safely join in with the activity?
Do please join in with your children if you are physically able to as it’s a really fun activity. I have been doing this workout with a number of the Hillside children on a daily basis for the last 5 years, and to date I haven’t yet hurt my back, pulled any muscles, or tweaked any sinews. And I now consider myself to be a black belt master in Brain Gym.
